Toons are satires crayons – antic them up. Target a show: “Hero leaps – lands in mush.” Hit the flash – colors, quips: “Villains plan – nap time.” Keep it wild – tame flops. Write: “Toon says fight – I snooze.” Simpsons jabs inspire. Start yours: “Cat toon – hes king.” Practice turns frames into funnies.
Teaching the Technique
Teach toon jabs with a flash twist. Give “hero wins” – twist: “Won so big, I slept!” Show Simpsons clips – flash, sting. Steps: toon, quirk, jab. Assign “bad guy” – spark: “Bad so lame, I cheered!” Discuss zip: wild wins. Warn off dull – bright rules. Toon-off: pitch an antic, best fun wins. Toons are pops – teach them to pop it.
